Instructions
Begin by rinsing and chopping the cauliflower into small, bite-sized florets.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Slowly add the plant-based milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Shake off any excess batter.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Place the batter-coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
Cook the cauliflower wings in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Return the buffalo-coated cauliflower wings to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
Carefully remove the wings from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese.
