Stir in the mini chocolate chips, chopped almonds, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Once the mixture is well combined, cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This helps the mixture firm up, making it easier to handle.
After refrigerating, remove the mixture from the fridge. Using your hands, scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and store them in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
