1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)

1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1 cup halved strawberries

1 cup grapes, halved

½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

2 cups whipped cream or coconut whipped cream

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

A sprinkle of cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and nuts (if using).

    In a separate bowl, fold together the whipped cream and vanilla extract until smooth and well mixed.

      Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the fruit and marshmallow mixture, ensuring all ingredients are well coated.

        Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
