2-4tablespoonsalmond milk (or any plant-based milk)
0.5cupdark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.
Gradually add the almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach a smooth creamy consistency. Adjust based on your texture preference.
Once the hummus is creamy and well mixed, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or chocolate flavor by adding more maple syrup or cocoa powder as desired.
Transfer the brownie batter hummus to a serving bowl.
Notes
Serve in a cute bowl topped with additional chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt. Pair with fresh fruit slices, pretzels, or graham crackers for dipping!
