Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and minced garlic, mixing until smooth.
Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
