Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Season the mixture with onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Offer tortilla chips or crostini on the side for dipping.
