If using a pre-made crust, place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. If you're making your own, roll out the dough into a circular shape and transfer it to the prepared baking surface.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to ensure the chicken is well-coated.
Spread half of the Caesar dressing evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
Scatter the seasoned chicken over the dressing, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
While the pizza is baking, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the remaining Caesar dressing in a bowl.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, let it cool for a minute, then top it with the dressed romaine lettuce and crushed croutons.
Slice and serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
