Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
1
cup
cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
0.25
cup
chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1
tablespoon
fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1
egg

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.
Place a piece of Brie cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans and a pinch of fresh rosemary over the cranberry sauce.
Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the crescent dough towards the pointed end, enclosing the Brie and cranberry filling.
Place the rolled bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the tops of each bite with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Sprinkle a light pinch of salt and pepper over the tops if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
