In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Italian seasoning. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Stir in the shredded Asiago cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them to ensure they're well covered.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 75°C).
Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
