Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and buttermilk to the blender with the avocado.
Pour in the lemon juice and sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and dried parsley.
Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency. If you prefer a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
Taste the dressing and add salt and pepper according to your preference. Blend again for a few seconds to combine.
Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
