Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped celery, halved grapes, sliced almonds, and chopped green onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the yogurt dressing over the chicken mixture and stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or lemon juice as desired.
