In a large mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
Spread half of the shredded chicken evenly over the potatoes.
Pour half of the ranch mixture over the chicken and potatoes, spreading it out evenly.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken, and ranch mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top of the final layer.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve in individual bowls with a sprinkle of additional green onions on top for a pop of color. Pair with a simple side salad for a complete meal!
