ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3

maple syrup

almond milk

vanilla extract

coconut oil, melted (optional)

fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
If using coconut oil, add it in at this stage.
Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure even blending.
Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup, blending again to combine.
Once the mousse is smooth, transfer it into serving bowls or glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to firm up.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries and mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Adjust sweetness based on preference.
