Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter and buffalo sauce. Stir until fully combined.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the buffalo sauce mixture first, then coat in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
Arrange the coated cauliflower bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch each other.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bites are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and toss the bites in the remaining buffalo sauce for extra flavor, if desired.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
