Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey garlic sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Stir everything together and bring it to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the baked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce until they are evenly coated.
Serve the meatballs warm, drizzled with any remaining sauce if desired.
Notes
