Instructions
Place the canned pumpkin puree in a blender, followed by the frozen banana and almond milk.
Add the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired, then blend again briefly to combine.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of additional pumpkin pie spice or a swirl of whipped cream on top for an indulgent touch.
