Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables, tossing everything together until well-coated.
Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetables evenly on a large sheet pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven for a few minutes.
