Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet to allow air circulation around the wings.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce until they are fully coated.
Arrange the coated chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching to allow even cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure they become crispy on both sides.
Once they are golden brown and crispy, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Drizzle remaining sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat again if desired.
Serve the wings hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and crunch.
Notes
Serve with extra Sriracha and honey, and side bowls of celery and ranch dressing for dipping.
