Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Toss gently to coat the fruit evenly.
Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Add the cubed butter to the dry mixture. Using your fingers or a pastry cutter, mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit layer in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra touch of sweetness!
