Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lay the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce evenly across each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
Evenly distribute the pepperoni or your choice of toppings over the cheese, followed by a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to form a log. Repeat with all tortillas.
Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pieces, creating individual pizza rolls.
Place the pizza rolls upright on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Arrange the pizza rolls on a serving platter, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
