unsweetened almond milk

canned pumpkin puree

maple syrup

pumpkin pie spice

vanilla extract

espresso or strong brewed coffee

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until it's hot but not boiling.
Once hot, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Brew your espresso shot or make a strong cup of coffee.
Pour the coffee into a large mug and gently whisk in the warm pumpkin-spice milk mixture until well combined and frothy.
Top with vegan whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish.
Serve immediately and enjoy the cozy flavors of fall!
Notes
Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup as desired.
